You have to click on the Purple Button “Send”. This Dialog Box will appear and there are total three options to send this Google Form. One via Email, Second via Copying the link & third vis HTML Code. You have to click on the second option and Click on Copy. You can also shorten this link by clicking on the The “Shorten URL” Checkbox.

Changing Design in a Google Form
To change the Design of a Google Form you have to Click on “Customize Theme”. There you will be able to see different Colors and you can select one of them. You can also Choose a Background Color for it..

In General Settings All the Settings Depend on you. If you want to collect Email Address of the Audience, just tick the first checkbox. If you want that your Audience could submit your Form only 1 time then you can tick the “Limit to 1 Response” option & if you want that your Audience to Edit the Form and Re-Submit, then you can tick on the “Edit after Submit”.
If you want that your Audience should submit the Form only once than you have uncheck the Box i.e. “Show link to submit another response”.
Previewing you Google Form
You have to click on the EYE icon that you can see on the Top-Right. You can click it and Preview your Google Form you made.
